All analyses, scores, exercise suggestions and tips are generated automatically and are for general information only. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace examination or advice from a qualified veterinarian, farrier, physiotherapist or trainer. Always consult a professional before changing your horse's training, feeding or care, and seek a vet immediately if you suspect illness, pain or lameness.
Artificial intelligence can make mistakes. Results depend on photo quality, lighting, angle and the horse's position. We do not guarantee that any result is accurate, complete or suitable for your horse.
Exercises and training are carried out entirely at the user's own risk. Working with horses involves inherent risks. You are responsible for the safety of yourself, your horse and others.
You agree to use the app lawfully, to upload only photos you have the right to use, and not to post offensive, misleading, illegal or harmful content in the community chat. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Community provides private one-to-one messages with your own connected contacts. Each user maintains their own contact list. Message contents are the opinions of their authors. Phone notifications require permission and valid device registration; delivery is not guaranteed and installation cannot be reliably inferred. Saved messages can be read at the recipient's next sign-in. Use another channel for urgent communication.
The app refers to publicly available guidelines from third parties (e.g. FEI, AAEP, ISES, RSPCA, World Horse Welfare). Those organisations are not affiliated with and do not endorse Equistar AI. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Horse profiles, processed photos, contacts, calendar and ride records are stored on your device. Images are handled in memory during analysis and are not written to the Equistar application database or cloud file storage. Requests are routed through Lovable's AI service to OpenAI; provider logging and retention are separate, and verified Zero Data Retention is not currently claimed. OpenAI states that API data is not used for training by default unless the API customer opts in. Shared links contain written results, not photos; exported PDFs may contain photos. Accounts, usage timestamps, subscription status and messages are stored centrally. The Equistar AI name, logo, design and software are protected. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without permission.
We may update the app and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Mobile Pro subscriptions use Apple App Store or Google Play billing with RevenueCat validating subscription access. The price and renewal period displayed by the store apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store where you subscribed; follow its cancellation deadlines. Deleting the app, clearing local data or deleting your Equistar account does not cancel billing. Equistar AI cannot detect or intercept removal through your phone's operating system. Before uninstalling or deleting your account, use More → Plans & payment to open subscription management and complete cancellation in the store. Account deletion offers a warning and Cancel deletion option; you may still delete immediately with an active subscription. Cancellation alone normally stops future renewal and keeps access until the prepaid period ends. Account deletion removes access to the deleted account immediately. We do not automatically refund unused prepaid time solely because you cancel, uninstall or delete your account. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights, applicable withdrawal rights or refunds required by law, nor refunds granted under Apple or Google's rules. Request refunds through the relevant store's process; contact coral@coralsystem.hu for help. Restore purchases while signed in to recover eligible access according to store and RevenueCat rules. Only test purchases are enabled in this version; no real charges are made.
